Definitions and Interpretation

In this document, the following terms carry the meanings stated:

• "Platform" refers to the cuci21 website and all services provided on it.
• "Player" or "User" refers to an individual who has registered and holds an active account at cuci21.
• "Account" refers to the player account registered on the cuci21 platform.
• "Real Money" refers to Malaysian Ringgit (RM/MYR) or cryptocurrency deposited into an account for betting purposes.
• "Bonus" refers to all types of promotions, free credits and incentives offered by cuci21.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus or funds must be wagered before the player can withdraw those funds.

Eligibility and Account Registration

Use of the cuci21 platform is restricted to individuals who meet the following conditions:

• Aged at least 21 years on the date of registration.
• Possessing full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to you.
• Not appearing on any self-exclusion list or exclusion list of any regulatory body.
• Not representing the interests of any third party when registering or placing bets.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one account. cuci21 reserves the right to close any duplicate accounts detected without prior notice and to forfeit related balances if fraud is suspected.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information including your full name, identification card number (MyKad or valid identity document), mobile phone number, active email address and relevant payment information. cuci21 reserves the right to request supporting documents to verify your identity at any time.

Account Management and Security

Your cuci21 account is personal and may not be transferred or shared with any other party. You are fully responsible for:

• Keeping your password and login details confidential.
• All activity that takes place in your account, whether with your knowledge or otherwise.
• Notifying cuci21 promptly if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.
• Ensuring that the device used to access the platform is protected with appropriate security measures.

cuci21 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access caused by the player's own negligence in safeguarding their login information.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

cuci21 supports a range of payment methods popular in Malaysia for the convenience of players. All transactions are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum deposit for all payment methods is RM10.
• The minimum withdrawal for all payment methods is RM100.
• Approved withdrawals will be processed within 1 hour.
• Supported payment methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH).
• The bank account or e-wallet name used for withdrawal must match the name of the cuci21 account holder.
• cuci21 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing withdrawals above a specified amount.

cuci21 reserves the right to delay or cancel withdrawal requests if there are signs of fraudulent activity, money laundering or violations of these terms. We also reserve the right to request supporting documents such as bank statements or proof of identity before approving withdrawals that are deemed to require further review.

Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses offered by cuci21 are subject to specific conditions stated at the time the promotion is announced. General conditions applicable to all bonuses are as follows:

• The first 120% welcome bonus of up to RM1,000 requires a wagering requirement of 15 times the bonus amount received.
• For example, a deposit of RM100 gives a bonus of RM120, making the balance RM220, with a wagering requirement of RM120 × 15 = RM1,800 before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Another example: a deposit of RM1,800 gives a bonus of RM1,000, making the balance RM2,800, with a wagering requirement of RM1,000 × 15 = RM15,000.
• Each player is eligible to receive the welcome bonus once only.
• cuci21 reserves the right to modify, suspend or end any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may only be used in the account that received them.
• Attempts to exploit bonuses through hedged betting, use of multiple accounts or other fraudulent methods will result in cancellation of the bonus and closure of the account.

Player Conduct and Platform Use

Players are strictly prohibited from using the cuci21 platform for the following purposes:

• Any form of fraud, manipulation or attempts to compromise the fairness of games.
• Money laundering or suspicious fund transfers through the platform.
• Use of third-party software, automated bots or any tools designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or closure, forfeiture of account balances and appropriate legal action.

Games Offered and Fairness

cuci21 is not responsible for any technical disruptions or connection failures occurring on the player's side during a game session. Should a technical failure occur on the platform's side, affected rounds will be voided and the wagered funds will be returned to the player's account.

Game outcomes recorded by the cuci21 system are final and binding unless there is verifiable evidence of a technical failure.

cuci21's aggregate liability to any player will not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty days prior to the claim being made.
